Enjoy a game of Basketball or Volleyball on our courts. Every weekend includes Bingo, Horseshoes, Quoits and Card Tournaments.

Upcoming Events


May 3-4:  New Year 2019

Come help us ring in the New Year with Time Trippers Band. We will have the traditional New Year’s Countdown and Champagne Toast. Please bring a snack to share with everyone.

May 10-11:  Mother’s Day Weekend

Mom can enjoy the weekend with a Mother’s Day Craft, and we will serve her a homemade breakfast on Sunday along with a Chinese Auction. Advance reservations for breakfast.

May 17-18: Birthday Bingo & Progressive Dinner

Back by popular demand. Each section of the park will host a specific course of the meal with Oak Haven providing the main course. Advance reservations required for this event.

May 24-26: Memorial Day Weekend
First official weekend of summer, and we are going to start it off with Kids Activities, Memorial Day Service, Horseshoe, Quoit & Card Tournaments. Swimming pool opens for the season. Make your own Sundae, Surf & Turf Bingo for charity and other fun activities. The Cooper Jones Band on Saturday and Tony Fazio will be here on Sunday for everyone’s entertainment.


May 31 - June 1: Trivia Night + All of our regular weekend activities

Saturday evening we will have a fun filled Trivia night. Fun for all ages.

June 7-8: Block Party
An always popular event is our old fashioned block party year. Everyone is invited.

June 14-15: Father’s Day Weekend
Bingo on Friday with some fun events for Dad and family on Saturday and a Special Father’s Day Breakfast & Chinese Auction on Sunday. Dads eat free when accompanied by another. Advance reservations required.

June 21-22: Birthday Bingo / Hot Diggity Dog
Saturday evening we will have an old fashioned “Hot Dog Roast”. Bring your chairs and sit around the fire for some old fashioned fun and music by Jeff Anderson.

June 28-29: Live Music with Joe Macey
Joe has been around New England for a few years. In our early years Joe played here with his band but now he has gone off all alone.


July 3-6: 4th of July Celebration

We will start the holiday weekend on Wednesday with Bingo. On Thursday we will have our Annual Bon Fire and Flag Retirement Ceremony at the Ball Field. Lots of fun activities and on Saturday we will have Moose and the High Tops.

July 12-13: Glow Night
We will have a “Glow Parade” along with prizes for the most creative glow outfit. Dance the night away with ???? in the dark with all of your glow outfits. Get creative!

July 19-20: Corn Roast
All of our regular activities and a free corn roast on Saturday evening. There will be lots of fun games in the evening.

July 26-27: Bingo / 60th Magrone Family Reunion
We will have all of regular fun activities while the Magrones have their own fun during the day and then we will all come together to celebrate with the Lower Level band on Saturday night.


August 2-3: 16th Annual Taste of Oak Haven
Everyone’s favorite here. This event is held in the Pratt Field (weather permitting). You serve your fellow campers, tailgate style, a sample size portion of your “special dish”. Winners will have their names put on the prestigious Taste of Oak Haven trophy!.

August 9-10: Birthday Bingo / Wales Old Home Days
Oak Haven would like to have a float in this years parade. We are looking for volunteers to help us make this happen. We will host our favorite daytime activities in addition to the Old Home Days activities, but will leave the evening free for all to enjoy the Wales Fire Department Chicken BBQ and the band and fireworks.

August 16-17: Oak Haven’s 23rd Annual Golf Tournament
Sign up by August 4th to play in a foursome. Call the office for details. Regular activities for the non-golfers. On Saturday night, we will have trivia.

August 23-24: All American Cookout
Enjoy this weekend with our Great American Cookout. Oak Haven will provide and cook the hamburgers and hotdogs. Campers, please bring a traditional dish, to feed a family of 8. Advance Reservations for the cookout are required.


August 30 - September 1: Labor Day Weekend

Saturday will bring fun with Kid & Adult activities, including Crafts, Horseshoes, Quoits, and Card Tournaments. Saturday evening will welcome back the Time Trippers band. More activities for all on Sunday, including Maggie the Clown for kids and adults alike. ???? will top off Sunday night.

September 6-7: R&R Weekend
After a very busy and fun summer and an even busier Labor Day, it’s time for a little rest & relaxation. School has started so take some uninterrupted time for your selves. Enjoy a nice campfire or a few games on your own.

September 13-14: Birthday Bingo / Baked Potato Night
We are planning a fun filled weekend of Fall activities. Everything from scarecrow making to pumpkin painting. We will have a baked potato bar on Saturday early evening. Wagon rides and fun for all ages, kids and adults alike.

September 20-21: 34th Annual Quoits Tournament
If you played Oak Haven’s favorite game (Quoits) this summer and got a double ringer, you’re eligible to play in our Double Ringer Tournament.

September 27-28: Halloween at Oak Haven

Kids will go Trick or Treating on Saturday and then they can enter a Costume Judging Contest. Hay Rides and a Spook Walk.


October 4-5: Oktoberfest
A fun filled evening is our Oktoberfest. We ask that everyone bring a couple bottles of any kind of the fall specialty beers and a snack to share with everyone. It’s a fun filled evening with lots of discussion about everyone’s favorite and music by ????.

October 11-13: Columbus Day Weekend / Birthday Bingo

There will be Bingo, Horseshoes, Quoits, Card Tournaments, Hayrides, Pumpkin Carving (bring your own pumpkin). Display your pumpkin at the pavilion to enter the Best Carved Pumpkin Contest. Our Annual trip to Cook’s Orchard will happen this weekend. A band (TBA) will be here on Saturday evening. There will be Bingo and Hay Rides on Sunday evening.
