May 2-3: New Year 2025 Party Come help us ring in the New Year with Time Trippers Band. We will have the traditional New Year’s Countdown and Champagne Toast. Hang out and relax Saturday night. May 9-10: Birthday Bingo / Mother’s Day Weekend Birthday Bingo on Friday. Mom can enjoy the weekend with a Mother’s Day Craft and we will serve her a homemade breakfast on Sunday. Advance reservations required for breakfast. May 16-17: St. Patrick’s Day Weekend Enjoy St. Patrick’s Day themed with crafts, a traditional Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner with all the fixings. (Advance reservations are required for dinner.) May 23-25: Memorial Day Weekend First official weekend of summer and we are going to start it off with Kids Activities, Memorial Day Service, Fran Flynn, Magician, Quoits. Swimming pool opens for the season. The Avenue Band will be here on Saturday and Family Fun in the pavilion on Sunday with Surf & Turf Bingo for charity and other fun activities. May 30-31: Trivia Night Trivia Night is on Saturday night, hosted by Trivia Steve, get your teams together. Do you think you have what it takes to win? Cash Prizes for winning teams. |

June 6-7: Birthday Bingo / Karaoke Night Birthday Bingo on Friday. Come sing your heart out on Saturday Night for some fun Karaoke music. Put your request in for your favorite song. June 13-14: Father’s Day Weekend & Family Fun Day Bingo on Friday with some fun family events for Dad and kids on Saturday. Sunday, a Special Father’s Day Breakfast. Advance reservations required for breakfast ($). June 20-21: Fried Dough & Music Bingo Night Enjoy some homemade fried dough ($) on Saturday with all the toppings and then stick around for some Music Bingo hosted by K & M Entertainment. Get your group together to name that tune and win prizes. June 27-28: Wig Party Weekend Come in a different do! Bring a appetizer to share with everyone, hang out and have fun in your new hair do. The best do wins! |

July 3-5: 4th of July Celebration We will start the holiday weekend on Thursday evening with Bingo. Friday, we will have Trivia, our Annual Bon Fire and Flag Retirement hosted by DJ Glen and lots of fun activities. Sunday, we will have family fun with lots of games and other family activities. July 11-12: Glow Night Party There will be a “Glow Parade” along with prizes for the most creative glow outfit. So get creative with your outfits! Fun in the pool and Glow dance with DJ Jason Sphan. July 18-19: Birthday Bingo / Hot Diggity Dog Birthday Bingo on Friday. Saturday evening we will have an old fashion Hot Dog roast. We provide the hot dogs and toppings. Come roast some dogs over the campfire!. July 25-26: Christmas in July Santa will be here with gifts for the kids. There will be wagon rides at night to view all of the Decorated Sites. Cash prizes for the Best Decorated site and Adults sign up for a Yankee Swap gift exchange. |

August 1-2: Old Fashioned Corn Roast An old fashion Corn Roast on Saturday night. We provide the corn on the cob, cornhole, and fun games to follow. August 8-9: Walter Gordon’s Annual Golf Tournament Sign up by August 1st to play in a foursome. Call the office for details. Regular activities for the non-golfers. On Saturday night we will have a Paint & Sip Night ($). August 15-16: Birthday Bingo / Joe Melekai & The Lost Town Ramblers Birthday Bingo on Friday. Band specializing in fan favorite music and more! Come rock the night away and give them a warm welcome to the stage Saturday and listen to this amazing and talented band everyone loves! August 22-23: All American Cookout Enjoy the weekend with our Great American Cookout. Oak Haven will provide and cook the hamburgers and hot dogs. Campers, please bring a traditional dish, to feed a family of 8. Advance Reservations for the cookout are required. Enjoy acoustic music after the meal by Jeff Anderson. August 30 - September 2: Labor Day Weekend Last weekend the pool will be open, fun-filled games for kids, Maggie the Clown, bounce house, Horseshoes, Quoits. Stillwater Band will be here Saturday evening. Root Beer floats($), Touch a Truck, our 5th Annual Craft/Vendor fair, and Surf & Turf Bingo for charity. Games & Campfire fun Sunday Night. |

September 5-6: Birthday Bingo / Western Night Birthday Bingo on Friday. Howdy partner, come and learn to line dance with JP Ellrey and get your cowboy boots & hat, let’s have a rodeo. Dance, music & fun. September 12-13: Baked Potato Night Baked Potato Night with all the fixings Saturday Night. We provide the baked potatoes and family fun and games after. September 19-20: Halloween at Oak Haven Kids will go Trick or Treating from site to site on Saturday and then they can enter the Costume Judging Contest. Best Decorated Site Contest (cash prizes) and Hay Rides in the evening to view all of the sites. September 26-27: Annual Quoits Tournament If you played Oak Haven’s favorite game (Quoits) this summer and got a double ringer, you’re eligible to play in our double ringer tournament. Come on up and watch around the pits. Cookie making class Saturday night hosted by The Tasty Sprinkle. Advanced reservations are required for this class. ($) |

Bon Fire & Soup / Chili Night Hang out in the field as we have a bon fire in the half barrel and play games. Bring a soup to share with everyone, as we close out the season. October 10-12: Birthday Bingo / Columbus Day Weekend Birthday Bingo on Friday. Hayrides, Pumpkin Carving (bring your own pumpkin). Display your pumpkin at the pavilion to enter the Best Carved Pumpkin Contest. Craft Fair and vendors to shop, and an Ice cream truck. Brookfield Rhythm Band will be here on Saturday evening and lots of fun activities on Sunday evening. |
