April/May

April 29-30 - 2011 New Year Weekend - Enjoy a glass of wine and you bring an hors d’ oeuvre to share while dancing to DJ Ray on Saturday evening so we can ring in the “New Year” of camping.
May 6-7 - Mother’s Day Weekend - Treat Mom to a weekend at Oak Haven and let her enjoy a Chinese Auction & Mother’s Day breakfast on Sunday. We’ll enjoy the NASCAR Race Saturday evening on the “Big Screen”.
May 13-14 - Beef Stew Dinner - This weekend has lots of activities during the day and Bingo on Friday night. Enjoy a Beef Stew Dinner provided by Oak Haven. Advance Reservations are required for the dinner. Brimfield Flea Market.
May 20-21 - Mystery Weekend - Everyone has a little curiosity in them so we are having a mystery weekend. If you really want to know what it is, come to Oak Haven and have some fun.
May 27-28-29 - Memorial Day - Bingo & Birthday Bingo on Friday Night. Come celebrate with us the first official weekend of summer with Kids’ Activities, Line Dance lessons, Memorial Day Service, Horseshoes, Quoits, Volleyball & Card Tournaments, DJ, Karaoke, plus Surf & Turf Bingo for Shriner’s Hospital. Build and dress a stuffed animal with your child. Provided by Noah’s Ark.

June

June 3-4 - Friends Weekend – 2 Sites for the price of 1 - Enjoy a weekend of camping with your friends, and you will pay ½ price for the campsites for the weekend.
June 10-11 - Oldies Weekend - An entire evening dedicated to oldies music with DJ Ray. Get our your favorite poodle skirt or your tie-dyed tees, leg warmer, etc. Come dressed in your favorite clothes of your favorite era. Prizes awarded. Tie-dying available this weekend.
June 17-18 - Father’s Day Weekend - A Texas Hold’em Tournament on Saturday evening, plus all day time activities and then a Special Father’s Day Breakfast & Chinese Auction on Sunday.
June 24-25 - Race Weekend - Everyone loves the races and we will have Races on Saturday with the original Nite At The Races.

July

July 1-2-3 - 4th of July Celebration - Celebrate the nation’s birthday with us at Oak Haven. We’ll have Bingo, Horseshoes, Quoits, Volleyball Tournaments, and Card Tournaments. Make your own Sundae, Karaoke with Kathy Goodspeed, our annual Pots and Pans Parade, so decorate your bikes, cars or trucks. Bring a pot or pan with a spoon to make some noise! Surf & Turf Bingo to benefit Shriner’s Hospital, Bon Fire with DJ, plus Kids’ Activities.
July 8-9 - Pizza Party  - Birthday Bingo. We’ll have all of our regular activities and a Pizza Party ($) followed by the NASCAR Race on the big screen.
July 15-16 - 8th Annual Taste of Oak Haven - Prepare your favorite dish and let your fellow campers choose the Taste of Oak Haven Winner. It is a great family night with music provided by DJ Ray.
July 22-23 - Christmas at Oak Haven - Oak Haven will be having a Festival of Trees again this year instead of Site decorating so there will be a tree decorating party on Friday evening & then a party with Santa & his Elves on Saturday, grab bag gifts ($10) for kids, and a Yankee Swap for adults.
July 29-30 - Country Weekend - There will be line dance lessons, bull roping, a BBQ dinner ($), and an old fashioned barn dance in the evening. Dust off those boots and hats, and come dressed in your best Western wear.

August

August 5-6 - Battle of the Sexes - Who’s got what it takes? Battles with a “Special” Tug of War, Trivial Pursuit, Horseshoes, Quoits and much more. It will be a battle with all ages participating.
August 12-13 - Wales Olde Home Days Celebration - On Saturday there is fun for the whole family or group. Enter your float in the parade or your cardboard boat in the race. Spectacular Fireworks on Saturday night. Birthday Bingo on Friday night.
August 19-20 - Oak Haven’s 15th Annual Golf Tournament - Sign up to play in a foursome by August 2nd. Call the office for details. Regular activities for all of the non-golfers. Current movie on Saturday evening.
August 26-27 - All American Cookout - Enjoy the weekend with the All American Cookout. Oak Haven will provide the hamburgers & hot dogs and do the cooking, and you bring a traditional dish that will feed a family of 8. We will end the evening with a DJ Dance. Advance reservations are for the cookout.

September

September 2-3-4 - Labor Day - Bingo & Birthday Bingo on Friday Night. Fun for all with Kids’ Activities, Volleyball, Horseshoes, Quoits and Card Tournaments. Surf & Turf Bingo to benefit Shriner’s Hospital, DJ Ray, and Karaoke with Kathy Goodspeed, plus much more. Don’t miss it.
September 9-10 - Friends Weekend – 2 Sites for the price of 1 - Enjoy a weekend of camping with your friends, and you will pay ½ price for the campsites for the weekend. Brimfield Antique Market.
September 16-17 - Oak Haven’s Thanksgiving - We furnish the turkey and gravy, and you bring the fixin’s. Everyone enjoys a great meal with their camping family and friends.
September 23-24 - 26th Annual Quoits Tournament - If you played Oak Haven’s favorite game (Quoits) this summer and got a double ringer, you’re eligible to play in our Special Double Ringer Tournament this year.

October

September 30 - October 1 - Halloween - Kids go Trick or Treating, Costume Contest for all ages, Pumpkin Painting (bring your own pumpkins), and Hay Rides.
October 7-8-9 - Columbus Day - Bingo, Birthday Bingo, Horseshoes, Quoits, Card Tournaments, Hayrides, Pumpkin Carving (bring your own pumpkin), DJ Ray and our 8th Annual Chili Cook Off.

Every weekend includes:
